Whitminster were guilty of not ending this game before half time with a host of miss chances,The new partnership of John Pratt and Ashley Potter looked lively and created chances for eachother, but both failed to hit the net.Whit did break the deadlock before the interval when Adam Paul waltzed past 3 defenders and drilled the ball home.10 mins into the 2nd half Whit were reduced to 10 men with Phil Speck receiving his marching orders for a tackle he seemed to win the ball but the ref seen it as a foul and as he was the last man he then had to show the red card,Still whit had the majority of the ball but after a re jig in formation only had Potter up front who done well to hold the ball up but didn't get any more chances in front of goal. Then Stanley left back hit the shot of his lifetime from 25 yards which left Ross Arthur making his 1st team debut no chance,Whit thought they had won the game with the last kick of the game as a Paul head back across goal was tapped home by Dan Chivers but the flag was somewhat unfairly up.A good away point all in all with 10 men still showed character and never gave up.
